Smart Equity Investments LLC is a real estate investment company primarily focused on buying foreclosed or pre-foreclosed properties, renovating said properties and either listing these properties for an immediate sale (fix and flip) or holding these properties for a period of time causing said properties to be rented and appreciate in value.  Smart Equity Investments uses a proprietary software and years of experience in the pre-foreclosure and post foreclosure auction market to acquire properties that have 20% equity or more upon purchase.

Jeff Petersen

As a graduate of Arizona State University Jeff Petersen brings 25 years of experience in managing both debt and equity investments. His experience in underwriting and risk evaluation, combined with his construction experience, contribute to his expertise in evaluating short and long term investment opportunities. Jeff holds a contractor’s license thru a construction company that he controls. He utilizes that license and others exclusively to lend supervision and regulate compliance to the investments that he supervises. His construction company has more than 22 years of experience and a perfect record with the Registrar of Contractors. Jeff’s experience also includes managing limited and joint partnerships as well as fund investments.

Matthew is a licensed attorney in the state of Arizona. Matthew was an owner & manager of Carnegie First Lending Services one of the largest privately owned mortgage companies in the state of Arizona from 1999-2008 funding typically 30-50 million dollars of loans a month. Matthew also was an owner of Oxford Wealth Partners that worked with investors to buy, rent, and sell distressed properties. Matthew has a long history of operations, finance, lending, management, and sales. In addition to Matthew’s lending background he speaks fluent Spanish and has had great successes in several retail and service related markets.

Sam Sutton

Sam is a founder of Quick Cash Wholesale. Sam has been working in distressed real estate for over 10 years. Sam personally and through his companies and network of investors has wholesaled over 3,400 properties throughout Arizona and the southwest United States. Sam is one of the premiere property wholesalers in the southwest and the overseer, developer and manager of our pre-foreclosure buy program.
